Overall objectives of the action

Improvement of the status of the human and natural environment by developing the solid waste management in the District of Beregovo.

Specific objectives of the action

Introduction of selective waste collection and recycling in the area of Beregovo (Beregszász)

Estimated results

Establishment of 70 selective waste collection points and 1 recycling centre, recycling of about 7300 tons of waste per year, closing of the illegal and environment polluting landfills
