Project Management Training for awarded projects within the second Call for Proposals - 22/23 March 2012, Ukraine
The JMA and JTS in cooperation with Regional Capacity Building Initiative (RCBI) organised a Project Management Training for the Beneficiaries and Partners of the projects awarded under the 2nd Call for Proposals on 22 and 23 March 2012 in Ukraine.

During project implementation Beneficiaries and Partners shall purchase all supplies and materials from the eligible countries and present for the auditor/national controller a certificate of origin for equipments and vehicles of a unit cost on purchase of more than € 5 000.

According to the Ukrainian legislation all EU funded projects implemented on the territory of Ukraine must be registered by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (MEDTU) regardless of who is the Beneficiary of the project – resident of Ukraine or not.

Guide has been developed by the INTERACT ENPI project aiming to develop and facilitate the use of the universal and harmonized approach to the procurement by the Ukrainian Beneficiaries and Partners in the frame of the ENPI CBC Programme projects.
Any modification of the project should be in line with Article 9 of the General Conditions of the Grant Contract (Annex II to the GC).
According to the contractual conditions as laid down in the Grant Contract and its Annexes, the Beneficiary must take all necessary steps to publicize the fact that the European Union has co-financed the Action. Such measures must comply with the Communication and Visibility Manual for European Union External Actions laid down and published by the Commission.
