Rules on Nationality and Origin to be applied on purchasing supplies or materials

During project implementation Beneficiaries and Partners shall purchase all supplies and materials from the eligible countries and present for the auditor/national controller a certificate of origin for equipments and vehicles of a unit cost on purchase of more than € 5 000.

Project registration in Ukraine

For the attention of all Beneficiaries and Partners!

According to the Ukrainian legislation all EU funded projects implemented on the territory of Ukraine must be registered by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (MEDTU) regardless of who is the Beneficiary of the project – resident of Ukraine or not.
In order to register the project in the MEDTU it is necessary to prepare and submit the following documents:

Communication Guidelines for Projects

According to the contractual conditions as laid down in the Grant Contract and its Annexes, the Beneficiary must take all necessary steps to publicize the fact that the European Union has co-financed the Action. Such measures must comply with the Communication and Visibility Manual for European Union External Actions laid down and published by the Commission.
