Present time, the Joint Technical Secretariat performs the administrative and eligibility check of the applications submitted for the 2nd Call for Proposal. In case of 165 applications (out of the total 260 applications submitted) where uncertainties or unclear information had been provided in the Application Form and its annexes or supporting documents are missing, an official letter of request for missing documents and/or clarifications was sent to Applicants by post on 25th of February 2011. Clarifications or missing documents have to be provided not later than 8 calendar days after the postal receipt of the abovementioned official letter to the Joint Technical Secretariat.
