2014 November 20. - Local Debate Tournament

The “Partner” Kalamáris Egyesület going to organise project event "Local Debate Tournament"  in the frame of project titled “Debate Youth Line” (HUSKROUA/1101/258) financed from the ENPI CBC Programme Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine 2007-2013.

Date: November 20, 2014, 9.00 am-2.00 pm

Venue: Burattino Bábszínház (Korzó Bevásárlóközpont, II.floor) H-440, Nyíregyháza, Nagy Imre Square 1.

Who is invited for participation in the Debate Workshop:

Local students, teachers, and any enquirer.

Activities during the event:

The Local Tournament will be one of the event promoting the role and importance debates amongst young people and their professors.

This event aims at making acquaintance with debate methodology and getting involve people to the forthcoming International Debate Tournament.

The Local Debate Tournament will provide target groups of the Action with the necessary skills and knowledge as far as the basis of the debate master classes - carrying out the debates tournaments for the pupils and students in each of three countries.   Pupils of the workshops will be involved into activity of the International Debate Association. The best debaters of the tournament will get the opportunity to represent Hungary in the International Debate Tournament in Baia Mare.
